How do I use the Analgesic Stick?

The hands free applicator allows you to reach those hard to reach places. It is not necessary to rub it in, however if you have body hair it is recommended to aid in reaching the skin. 
If treating a muscle, apply to the entire length of the muscle.
If applying to the joint treat on both sides of the joint.
If treating a skin condition, simply apply evenly and liberally to the affected area and the surrounding area. If your skin is too sensitive to use the applicator, consider using the Soothing Salve. 
Use as often as needed.

How is the Migraine Roller used?

We recommend applying the roller to the temples, as well as above, behind and below the ear. Additionally, the back of the neck up to the base of the skull and Traps (trapezius muscle) are two areas to be targeted for treatment.
